1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Solved It Services’ IT services, technical support, marketing content, digital resources, and administrative tools.
By using our Website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Solved It Services provides:
- IT support, digital setup, and technical configuration
- Marketing content creation, campaign preparation, and digital asset development
- Administrative and clerical assistance related to IT and marketing projects
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or claims‑management services. Our role is limited to delivering IT, marketing, and administrative support services as described in your Service Agreement.
3. Customer Obligations
To ensure we can deliver your IT or marketing project effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for your project
- Supply all necessary documents, access credentials, brand assets, or technical details in the correct format
- Respond to requests for clarification or additional information within reasonable timeframes
- Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe third‑party rights
- Maintain secure access to any systems or platforms we configure on your behalf
- Use our outputs responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules
Failure to provide required information may delay service delivery and may affect your eligibility for refunds.
4. Contract Initiation & Payment Terms
The terms of this contract take effect upon signing of the Agreement, and all payments become due in accordance with the payment schedule and conditions set out within the contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
Solved It Services provides IT and marketing support only. We are not liable for:
- The performance, behaviour, or outcome of any third‑party platform, system, or service
- Decisions made by external companies, service providers, or regulatory bodies
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our IT configurations, marketing materials, or consultancy
Your use of our Website and services is at your own discretion.
6. Service Period
Our IT and marketing services are delivered on a per‑project basis. The service period for each engagement is defined in your Service Agreement and typically concludes upon delivery of the final IT configuration, marketing materials, or service package.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
(Integrated into Terms of Use)
7.1 Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling‑Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is entered into (“Cooling‑Off Period”) without giving any reason.
7.2 Commencement of Service
By requesting that we begin work before the end of the Cooling‑Off Period, you acknowledge that:
- If you cancel during the Cooling‑Off Period, you must pay for the proportion of services already delivered
- If the service is fully performed within the 14‑day period at your request (e.g., IT setup completed, marketing materials delivered), your right to cancel is waived
7.3 Service‑Based Refunds
A full refund of the initial instruction fee will be issued if:
- We fail to deliver the initial IT assessment, technical setup, or marketing draft within 30 days of receiving all required information in the correct format
- The delivered IT or marketing outputs do not meet the technical specifications outlined in your Service Agreement
7.4 Non‑Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Outcome‑Based Requests: We do not guarantee results from third‑party systems, platforms, or marketing performance metrics
- Change of Mind After Delivery: Once your IT configuration, marketing materials, or final service package is delivered, the service is considered fully performed
- Failure to Provide Information: Delays caused by missing or incorrectly formatted information are not our responsibility; the 30‑day delivery period begins only once all required materials are received correctly
7.5 How to Cancel
To cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing:

7.6 Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. A formal Cancellation Confirmation will be issued once processing is complete.
